We helped create from scratch software development and acquisition processes that are revolutionizing the delivery of strategic cyber capabilities into the hands of today's warfighter.
Constellation is a joint program between DARPA and the U.S. Cyber Command to create an accelerated path for cyber technologies to move from the laboratory to the battlefield, avoiding the Valley of Death. SES experts were involved at the ideation phase of the initiative and continue to help our clients craft and execute this multifaceted effort that spans a range of tech capabilities, performer teams and transition partners. Our team orchestrates multiple components of the strategic plan, securing commitments and coalescing subject matter experts from the cyber R&D community to develop transition paths for advanced cyber technologies to operational use.
Lt. Gen. William J. Hartman, deputy commander of Cyber Command, was quoted at the 2024 RSA Conference, saying, "We’re talking about the rapid expansion of the art of the possible by partnering directly with the people persistently pushing the technology beyond its limits, conversely informing and challenging those advancements through an operational lens to maximize the balance between the art and science of cyber in support of national security.”
